Citrus Salad
Salads should be built on simple, beautiful ingredients - big on color, flavor, and texture.
Salads taste better when they look pretty. Thin slices of mildly spicy radish hide between delicate grapefruit segments, arugula, and lush mint. Whisps of red onion round out the flavor profile as they mingle with pools of olive oil and lots of citrus juice. The dressing is simple too - lime, olive oil, salt, and pepper - added right on the plate.

How to cut a Grapefruit
It’s easier than you think! Step-by-step photos posted below! Start by cutting off the ends (where the stem was connected) so that the grapefruit sits flat.
Using a sharp knife, cut the white pith off of the grapefruit starting at the top and working your way down the side, rotating the grapefruit after each cut until all the pith is removed.
Remove the entire pith so that only the pink or red interior is left (similar to the grapefruit pictured). Turn the grapefruit on it’s side and slice crosswise into 1/4-inch rounds (as pictured).
