For this installment of Family Dinner, we’ll be making a quick pork ragu with mushrooms, basil, and tagliatelle!

You’ll receive a detailed, printable recipe and call-in information. Consumption of cocktails / vino is optional, but highly recommended. Cooking starts at 6 PM CDT and will last a couple hours, give or take. Have your ingredients ready and your aprons on! You can also just hang out and have a drink with us while I cook - but that isn’t nearly as fun!

The event is free, but there is an option to make a donation to support Adventurous Cooks! Any and all donations are immeasurably appreciated to help defer the costs of ingredients, testing, technology, and all the time that goes into preparing Family Dinner!

You will need a computer or smart phone to join us - preferably something you can bring into your kitchen! Having a microphone and camera are also strongly recommended so that you can talk to me! The call-in will be open at 5:45 PM CST to give everyone time to work out any technical difficulties.
